Developed a scenario-driven module using stylized character interactions to balance gravity with an approachable interface.
Role-based Branching
Implemented role-based branching so learners experience paths relevant to their specific institutional responsibilities, paired with natural AI voice narration for dialogue.
Custom Interactivity
Built a custom drag-and-drop classification activity from scratch in Storyline to assess reporting criteria.
Outcome & Impact
- Replaced passive compliance clicking with situational decision-making and immediate corrective feedback.
- The organization implemented the training organization-wide for approximately 50,000 volunteers to complete.
